Acetaia Malagoli Guido

Acetaia Malagoli Guido was started in 1968 as a simple family vinegar factory as tradition dictates. A battery of 9 barrels is made for the family and as a Wedding Gift for Bimbo Guido. The roots, the tradition, the passion over time bring the number of barrels to exceed 300 units. The barrels are of different essences to give each their own unmistakable aroma. The Passion continues and is transformed by enhancing the TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA PDO in the Single Bottle of GIUGIARO, as per regulations.

In 2007 my daughter Guya was born and she too will find her battery born with her. And so, we hope, my grandchildren.

Our "BLACK GOLD" OF Modena is appreciated more and more by visitors (more and more from abroad) who want to share this magic created by Emotions, Passion, Dedication and Time.
