The Azienda Agricola Elsa rises in the “Bassa” of Modena, in the fertile portion of the plain set between the Secchia and Panaro rivers.

The company land covers an area of over 100 hectares dedicated exclusively to viticulture and includes 5 Rural Funds: the Carrate, Dotale, Sartorio, Prati Levelli and the Maestro.

The vineyards, cultivated with a structured system for automatic harvesting, are made up of Lambrusco di Sorbara, Salamino and Ancellotta vines.

In order to reduce the environmental impact and with the utmost respect for nature, Elsa practices integrated agriculture, a cultivation system aimed at eliminating all practices with a high environmental impact and instead optimizing the rational use of biological defense means.

Each year the entire harvest is destined for the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena pdo and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
