4cl of William Hinton, rum of Madeira; 2cl of Cuban rum, 2.5cl of fresh-squeezed juice of a lime and a lemon, 1cl of powdered sugar syrup, 1cl of balsamic and cherry syrup (made with pink salt, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO, sugar and Cherries from Vignola). It is recommended to serve in an icy cocktail glass.
