To prepare this simple dish, you need a burrata, some Treviso radicchio, some toasted almonds, a ripe William pear and some drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. It is recommended to wash the radicchio and the pear before you cut them. Then, you can peel the pear and slice it in not too thin slices. After that, you need to cut the burrata in morsels and place them on the plate as well as the other ingredients, according to your own taste. Finally, garnish with some drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO.
