Acetaia Bizzarri was founded in 1975 by Sandro Bizzarri. He started almost by chance, but soon he became more and more passionate, he fell in love with this sublime product and at the same time so full of culture and tradition. He began to assemble some batteries and together with a cooper friend he ventured into the construction of several barrels. Very tied to his roots and traditions, with the birth of his grandchildren, he gave his creation other batteries up to the current composition. Over the years his enthusiasm, his passion and love for this nectar have also infected his children Gabriele and Gabriella and since 2007, the year in which Sandro passed away, they have been running Acetaia Bizzarri, together with their Mamma Giovanna. , fulcrum of the family tradition.
