Affinato, aged at least 12 years

Wonderfully savoury and measured with an ageing period of 12 years or more. Distinctive for its even balance of acidity and sweetness, with slight hints of wood and ripe fruit, it has a brilliant dark brown colour with a density that promises a delicious persistence on the palate. Ideal for fresh salads, meat carpaccio or as a finishing touch on mature cheeses and fresh fruit, Affinato enriches every dish with its understated elegance.

Extravecchio, aged at least 25 years

Aged for a minimum of 25 years, Extravecchio is the apex of intensity and complexity.
