Acetaia Comunale "E. Cuoghi", Castello di Montegibbio, Sassuolo
The Acetaia Comunale di Sassuolo is located in the courtyard of the Montegibbio Castle, on the top floor of the building on the left as soon as you cross the entrance portal.
The Acetaia, named after its founder Ettore Cuoghi, is managed by the Custodians of the Art of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a group of volunteers who have come together in association with the aim of promoting the culture of Balsamic. The Custodians have run the Acetaia with skill, commitment and passion since its inauguration, which took place on May 31, 2003.
It is possible to visit the Acetaia by booking a guided tour at any time of the year.
