Acetaia della Partecipanza Agraria di Nonantola

The vinegar factory of the Nonantola Agricultural Participation was born in 2011 and was immediately conceived with educational purposes to make this product of excellence known together with the history of the institution; one of its batteries, in fact, presents the dates and the salient moments that marked the history of the Agrarian Participation which originated with the Chatta of Abbot Gotescalco in 1058.
The vinegar factory of the Nonantola Agricultural Participation is made up of 3 batteries, for a total of 18 barrels plus the "Botte Madre", all donated by Participants and citizens of Nonantola. It too constitutes an integral part of the enhancement project of the important building complex where the Authority is located, built in the 17th century in the historic center of Nonantola and recently restored.
