Acetaia Fabbi was born from the ancient Modenese tradition that has been handed down from father to son. It is in the spirit of keeping this tradition alive that, in 1910, great-grandfather Gianbattista Fabbi founded the family vinegar factory. For four generations, thanks to our family skills, we have been offering this product, the result of a selection of our best barrels, exclusively from grapes from the vineyard owned by the company. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P. Extravecchio. The craftsmanship, aging in barrels and the absence of coloring and gluten preservatives guarantee the very high natural quality of these products.
