Acetaia Giusti

Acetaia Giusti is the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena founded in 1605 and, today, led by the 17th generation of the family.
From its foundation to today, the Giusti Balsamic Vinegars have collected countless prizes and awards.

Particularly representative are those obtained during the Belle-Époque, when the Righteous presented their products in the national and international fairs of the time. The 14 gold medals that still characterize the label designed at the beginning of the twentieth century are from that time. To these is added the coat of arms of "Supplier of the Royal House of Savoy", granted by King Vittorio Emanuele III in 1929.

All the Giusti Balsamic Vinegars mature for a long time in the historic Acetaia of over 600 barrels, dating back to the 1700s and 1800s, belonging to the family for generations.

The Antiche Acetaie and the Giusti Museum welcome enthusiasts from all over the world every day to discover the history of this product and the Giusti brand.
