Today Acetaia Marchi has over 250 batteries for the production of "Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P." and more than 100 barrels for the "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P.". It offers only and exclusively products obtained in a 0 km supply chain, selected and certified and of excellent quality, intended for the most demanding connoisseurs of balsamic vinegar in Italy and in the world.
