Acetaia Sereni
Historic Modena "acetaia" founded in the early 1900s, which has always been managed by the Sereni family, now in its fourth generation. The company is located on the hills of Villabianca di Marano sul Panaro, surrounded by rows of vineyards destined for the production of Balsamic Vinegar. All stages of production are carried out in the company, from manual harvesting, to pressing, cooking, fermentation and aging.
Acetaia Sereni was the first to bottle “Affinato” Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. On the farm there is also an Agriturismo, where you can eat, stay and have tastings with interesting combinations of Emilian cuisine with Balsamic.
