Our company has been producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.o.p for several generations, from a past as a peasant family that evolved in the gastronomic field with a first trattoria in the 50s.
In the early 70s we already offered the BOMPANA balsamic vinegar to the customers of the renowned family restaurant and then our bottles of ABTM certified first DOC and now DOP.
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO is a product of excellence, an aroma that is part of the history of a family and is the tradition of a place. For this reason we are waiting for you in our small sales shop for tasting and on request for a visit to the Antica Acetaia. Furthermore, being linked to "Campagna Amica di Coldiretti" we offer in the internal store gastronomic excellences of the territory exclusively of agricultural production.
