
Balsamico Bonini
Balsamico Bonini was born almost by chance at the end of the 90s. An experiment aimed at quality and preserving traditions. The work of Fabio Massimo Bonini together with a group of close friends thus began the creation of Traditional Balsamic based on a single goal: excellence.
Not being able to count on its historical production, Balsamico Bonini has been perfected over the years, with careful research in numerous vinegar factories and after a meticulous selection of already aged and certified barrels. Thus was born an acetaia of modest size, with a great vision and with a product of the highest quality.
Today the business - which also includes a Bed & Breakfast with a balsamic flavor - is also growing thanks to the contribution of extraordinary people who over the years have become ambassadors of what has always been the central message that Balsamico Bonini aims to share: a unique artisan product chosen by some of the best chefs in the world.
