The farm, family-run for many generations, has an area of 13 hectares with a viticultural and cereal address. The grapes have been produced for many years and a traditional centenary "planted or tree" that is used to produce wine and cooked must for the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is testimony to this.
On the farm there are low court animals: hens, ducks, guinea fowl, peacocks, rabbits and goats.
In the northern areas of the farm, the Mirandola valleys can be visited; a vast area of great naturalistic interest and nearby the Pico Castle, the municipal palace of Mirandola and the Estense fortress in San Felice sul Panaro.
