The Vignola vinegar factory, at the foot of the Modena hills, is the place where the Ponti Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is born, a precious product obtained by very slow aging in small wooden barrels. Obtained from must cooked over direct fire in an open vessel of typical Modenese grapes, refined and aged in barrels of different precious woods.
