Acetaia Villa San Donnino has been producing traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena D.O.P. for three generations.
We offer guided tours in four languages (Italian, English, French and Spanish). The tour, completely free, consists of a guided tour of the vinegar cellar with an explanation of the production and aging method and tasting of all the vinegars produced with a final taste of ice cream. All for a duration of about 1 hour (the duration varies according to the size of the group)
