Acetomodena comes from a century-old family tradition, that of the Vecchi family.
Immersed in the green countryside of Modena, next to its vineyards is the new Acetaia; a reality that brings together in the same place the will to project towards the future and the family roots firmly in the Modena tradition. With this spirit of innovation, spaces have been created for welcoming visitors and for tasting: large windows, designed to offer the eyes a play of light and shadow between the ancient batteries of barrels to enhance the quality of a unique product in the world: the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
