METHOD

STEP 1

Take a piece of Parmigiano Reggiano and, using a specific Parmesan cheese knife or suitable utensil, cut into small chunks that are large enough to easily season and enjoy.


STEP 2

Arrange the chunks of Parmigiano Reggiano on a serving plate.


Pour a couple of drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena onto each piece of cheese before eating: it will absorb the rich and complex flavour of the vinegar to guarantee you a unique and delicious taste experience.
