Less than a month now to the opening of the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York, the specialty food industry’s premier event in the US which will be held from 23 to 25 June 2024, and Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena D.O.P. is ready to grab the attention and delight the palates of visitors.
A packed programme focused on flavour and visibility
The stars at the stands of the Consorzio (Level 3, Booth 2618-2620-2622) and the Region of Emilia-Romagna (Booth 2612, 2614, 2713, 2715) will be the P.G.I. and P.D.O. products with a rich programme of guided tastings that will enable visitors to appreciate the different nuances and the two different ageing periods of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
