Mirella’s Strawberries

INGREDIENTS: Strawberries, sugar, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

Method

Slice the strawberries. Add about 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar and 2 of sugar for each punnet (about 250 gr.). Mix and put in the fridge. Mix again after about one hour and leave to marinate for up to 3-4 hours. Serve in small glass dishes with a leaf of mint, or serve the strawberries with vanilla ice-cream, adding a few more drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.
